Every young person is supported by a dedicated key worker who provides consistent guidance, emotional support, and encouragement. Our team takes time to listen, understand, and validate feelings, building trust at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for each individual. When difficulties arise, we use restorative approaches to rebuild relationships, encourage reflection, and support emotional healing and positive growth.
Our Therapeutic Models
